Arrow Digital has upgraded the digital Textile portfolio with the EFI Reggiani Vogue – The Digital Textile Printer at its “State of the Art” demo centre in Ahmedabad. With 70+ years of innovation, research, and technological excellence, the EFI Reggiani is a global leader in integrated solutions for the textile world, with a focus on the development of sustainable and green processes. Efi-Reggiani Printers are the benchmark in Digital Textile Printing.
Mr. Sam Patel, MD & CEO, Arrow Digital adds, The EFI Reggiani VOGUE is an industrial textile printer designed for superior-quality direct-to-textile printing in fashion applications. The 1.8 meter wide device prints at resolutions up to 2400 dpi with 16 printing heads and 4 to 72 picoliter drop sizes.
Using virtually any type of textile ink, the printer boasts an innovative recirculation system that saves ink and reduces maintenance during machine operation and between stoppages. The recirculation system also reduces the need for specific air conditioning and humidity controls, saving energy and reducing overall usage costs. An innovative new enclosed printhead design on the VOGUE simplifies the carriage layout and ensures easier print head removal. A new composite carriage with a steel head plate eliminates the need to align individual heads. The printer also automatically detects substrate widths, centres images and sets margins for jobs.
We have equipped this technology, along with EFI-Aqua Premium inks, lab coating/padding, steaming, washing and other ancillary equipment at our Demo centre to help customer evaluate his requirements, test and take hands on endless trials before they make any decisions in the next venture.
Mr. Patel adds, Arrow’s Experience centre will serve as a product demonstration, applications display, and gallery of innovations, hands-on training and product test facility for our prospective customers and their teams as they convert from Analog to digital for home furnishings, garments such as Sarees, Suiting and Shirting and many other possibilities for printing in the textile industry.
In the very near future we will also show a complete digital garment factory, from design to nest/print and cut which will save almost 40% on inks/fabrics in fast customized fashions.
With the above New Addition at the Arrow Demo/experience centre, we are confident to accelerate the conversion of the Textiles and garment industry from analog to digital while helping the process to be more green and sustainable.
