Arrow Digital installs Kongsberg C24 at Classic Display Systems

Arrow Digital has recently installed Kongsberg C24 at Classic Display Systems Pvt. Ltd, a leading display design and manufacturing company. With an ever-growing demand for its award-winning POS displays, the company has installed the Kongsberg C24 digital cutting table and innovative VariAngle tool at its facility in Manesar, Gurgaon, to boost Productivity, diversify its offerings and fulfil the overflowing demands. 

The Power, Performance and Versatility of Kongsberg C24 have left Mr. Harsh Spellbound. Mr. Harsh Mohunta, Managing Director of CDS, said, “We’ve used Kongsberg equipment for over a decade and are familiar with its build quality and performance. We invested in the new machine for our Manesar unit to help us deal with the current increase in demand and fulfil customer expectations. With the creative tools of Kongsberg, we are sure we can develop more innovative displays that will drive consumer’s attention.”

The C24 is much faster than our existing machine, which will help us significantly in our short-run production. With this machine we have added the VariAngle tool which is the perfect solution we were looking for.

Versatility and future upgradability of C series were important factors in the acquisition. The range of tooling and automation also makes it possible for us to offer more sustainable solutions to our customers. The C24 is capable to deliver quality end products from materials with a higher recycled content.

It can achieve blazing speeds of 100m/min with 1.7G acceleration, the C24 is designed for optimum performance. The existing Kongsberg system at CDS continues to run very well, but the investment in the new machine from the flagship C Series will give CDS the competitive edge for the fast-growing market.

The new table has seamless integration with the design software used by the company, and the innovative VariAngle, which enables cutting at any angle from 0^o and 60 ^o at high speeds, will give creative freedom to the designing team while developing new innovative displays.
